KLAISLER Adds Robotic Welder:
To insure repeatability and increase our production, we have added a Panasonic Robotic welding cell to the state of the art machining and fabrication facility.
The cell is divided into two sections (A&B), while our operator is loading parts into the A section, the welder is producing parts on the B section. When the welder has finished with the B program, it returns to a home position. The operator will switch to the B section, while the welder automatically welds the parts in the A section. Continuous production!
The A section includes a 360 degree rotary positioning device. Not only welding the top, a simple program step allows us to weld the bottoms. Reducing load and unload time keeping production steady.
