Klaisler Breaks Ground On New Facility

Klaisler Mfg Corp., manufacturer of equipment for the wooden building components industry, has broken ground for their new 8,000 sq foot international headquarters and 40,000 sq ft innovative manufacturing facility designed for development and to supplement their existing manufacturing facility. The new facility will be located in the Franklin Industrial Park on Musicland Drive, 21 miles south of Indianapolis, IN. It will house the international headquarters, research, design and manufacturing facility. The new facility will include an integral overhead crane system with roll in load and un-load docks. The building is being designed to facilitate the KLAISLER FIRST philosophy of Quality Equipment being built in a timely manner. Klaisler’s steady growth and subsequent increase in market share has necessitated a new facility to manage not only the domestic manufacturing demand but, international as well. Klaisler will be bringing 35 jobs to the Franklin facility with an additional 15 jobs over the next couple of years. The increase in manufacturing space will allow Klaisler to stock more equipment and components for rapid delivery as well as assist with the STAR program (48 hour shipment of standard finish rollers).
